Shipping Policy

All original paintings and fine art prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Originals may require additional packaging time.

UK Shipping Standard tracked delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Europe Tracked international shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

USA & Canada Tracked international shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes depending on size. Original paintings are wrapped and boxed with care. All shipments are fully insured.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damages If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours at freddiefarrowstudio@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
